We offer contracts for January - June (6 months) and for September - December (4 to 5 months if started in August).
Sublets upon Singapore, Wharton and Kellog exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances.
​Short stay leases for EMBA students are also available in July.

All inclusive

Our houses are all inclusive facilities, meaning a single payment for all your housing related costs from rent and utilities to services.
​The houses are set up and ready to live in from the moment you arrive.

- Caretaker during weekdays: cleaning 2x per week for communal space and 2X per month for individual rooms
- English speaking hotline and email in case of emergencies, with the kind proximity support of our cleaning lady
- Repairs and replacements of standard house equipments (light bulbs etc.)

- Utilities: gas, water, electricity, heating
- Maintenance
- Taxes: municipal tax, garbage collection
- Telecommunications: wi-fi, cable
- House and tenant insurance
